Terms of Service
The agreement between you and RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company for the use of Terz.
The service
Terz watches package registries and, if you connect one, a Stripe account, and draws what it finds on one page. That is the whole of it.
Your account
One account, one person, accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. You must be 16 or older.
Paying for it
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then stops.
We do not pro-rate refunds for time you did not use. Any other refund request is considered case by case — write to us and say what happened.
If we change a price, you will hear about it by email before it applies to you.
Fair use
Do not use Terz to break the law, to attack the registries we read, or to watch things you have no business watching. Do not resell it, rehost it, or take it apart to build a competitor.
We read public APIs at a polite rate on your behalf. If your use makes us a bad citizen of someone else's service, we will ask you to stop, and we may stop it ourselves.
What is yours
Your chart, your numbers, your configuration. We claim no ownership of any of it, and we process it only to run the service for you.
What is ours
The software, the brand and the source remain ours. The source is available under the Terz License, which ships with the software and is not an open-source licence: read it, run it, do not redistribute it.
No promises we cannot keep
The service is provided as is. The numbers come from third-party registries and from Stripe; we report what they tell us, and we do not warrant that they are correct, complete or timely. A reading that is held is telling you the truth — that the source did not answer.
We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. The sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The provider is RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Changes
We will move the date at the top and, for material changes, email you before they take effect.
