Reaching a person

support@terz.dev. We answer within a few business days. There is no phone line and no chat bot.

A reading says “held”. Is it broken?

No — that is the reading doing its job. Held means the source did not answer on the last run, so you are looking at the last good value and how long it has been sitting there. Registries go quiet; we would rather show you a stale number honestly than a fresh zero dishonestly.

A reading says “awaiting”.

You connected it, but no run has brought a number back yet. Adoption is swept once a day, because that is how often the registries publish. Use Take a reading now on the Products page if you do not want to wait.

My package is not found

Check the spelling against the registry itself. npm wants the package name, PyPI the project name, Docker Hub a namespace/repo pair. We refuse a name the registry could not have rather than storing it and failing quietly later.

Why does the month figure look low?

It is the organic figure. A one-day release or CI burst is separated out and named on the row, so a launch spike does not flatter the number you use to make decisions.

What does Terz do with my Stripe key?

Reads. Only a restricted, read-only key is accepted, it is encrypted at rest, and it is never shown back to you. The Privacy page says exactly what happens to it.

Cancelling, or leaving entirely

Cancel a plan in Settings; it runs to the end of the period you paid for. Delete the account in Settings and everything goes with it — workspace, products, readings, run history, stored keys. Immediately, and for good.
